Fees

Fees are payable a week in advance each week before your lesson. We have a variety of payment methods, including direct debit, online credit card, eftpos, cash.

Once you are booked into a class, the booking is perpetual and payment is due for each week even if you do not attend. If you do miss a lesson, you will receive a make up lessons as per our make up policy.

Deposits

A deposit to the value of one class is payable when you book into a lesson. This deposit is non-refundable. On leaving the program, you are required to give 2 weeks’ notice and the deposit will be applied to your last class as payment.

Discounts

We offer a 50% discount on the third child for families with three or more children swimming at our centre.

We also offer a second class a week for $9 - that is a 62% reduction.

What to Expect on your First Day

On your first day, you will be required to pay a one lesson deposit then two lessons in advance.

Your child will need their swimmers, towel and swim cap. It is a policy at Swimtastic Swim School that all children (with the exception of babies) wear a swim cap.

If your child is in the babies/toddler class, they will need a swim nappy and the guardian will require their swim wear and a t-shirt to wear in the pool.

Finishing Swimming Lessons

We kindly request that you inform us two weeks prior to your intended finish date. Any extra payments or make-up lessons should be used before your finish date. Any unused make-up lessons will be forfeited. If you intend to return for more lessons, your deposits may be suspended.

Missed Classes

We offer a make-up class if you are unable to attend your scheduled swim lesson for any reason.

You must inform us in person, by phone or via the Simply Swim Portal PRIOR to the lesson, NOT AFTER. If the office is unattended, please leave a message on our answering machine with your child's name, lesson day, time, teacher's name, and your contact number.

You have 12 months from the date of your scheduled lesson to arrange the make-up class. It is not a substitute for your regular class, but an additional session on another day or time.

Once a make-up class has been scheduled, it cannot be rescheduled, and any missed makeup class will be forfeited, and cannot be rescheduled.

Make-up classes are not available in our holiday intensive program. This program is separate from our regular lessons, and no makeups will be provided during this program.

Please check-in at the reception desk upon arrival for your make-up class to be informed of your child's swim teacher.

Your child must be attending a regular class to be eligible for a make-up class. You cannot use make-up classes instead of regular lessons.

You can schedule make-up classes 48 hours in advance of the scheduled class time.

Make-up classes will be cancelled once you complete your swim lessons.

Make-up classes are non-transferable and are only available for children enrolled in our swim program..

Assessments

The instructors will assess your child's progress on an ongoing basis for progression to the next level. Children will not be recommended for progression until they are confident and competent at their current level. Please note that this may require a change of schedule, day, or teacher, so please check with reception for details of the change.
